Previous Account Holder's Unpaid bill passed onto my account.

Hello Xfinity team!

Start of this year I enrolled for an Xfinity Wifi subscription and ensured auto-payments were made on time. I was reviewing my account and noticed that there was an outstanding charge for Xfinity Mobile (That i did not sign up for) for another user which is showing up as overcharge due on my account. 

I spoke to support and they mentioned the account was suspended back in March 2025 due to non-payment and that the issue is now with the Collections team.

I am not liable to pay someone else's debt and want to ensure proper measures are taken to remove the charges from my account and tie it to the correct/designated user.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
