I was promised a $400 card over a year ago, and never received it. I called and messaged numerous times and the agents told me they had no record that i was supposed to get it.

I was promised a $400 card over a year ago, and never received it. I called and messaged numerous times and the agents told me they had no record that i was supposed to get it.
