Prepaid Mastercard Balance

I know this has been asked. I don't understand why Xfinity makes this so difficult. I was given an address that had worked when I received the card in March 2025 when I switched to Xfinity Mobile, https://xfinity.myprepaidcenter.com, but no longer works for me. I have been using the prepaid card, but I'd like to track the balance. What website or phone number do I use to find my balance? Thanks!

@XfinityAdrienne​ Thanks for the reply. That info is helpful, but it only shows the beginning amount, not the current balance.

what phone number do I call to get the current balance or where I do chat? Sorry if I missed it.

Thank you user_4gkprd. My apologies that the site does not offer a running balance of the gift card. That might be the one annoying aspect of prepaid cards, trying to know how much is left! Looking at the FAQ's once you are logged into the site you can click on transaction history and view the details for the use of the card. The support number for the prepaid cards and issues with accessing Myprepaidcenter.com is on the main page at the incentive tracker site. When you visit the incentive tracker site are you able to sign in and see your card details?
