Prepaid card not received

Hello,

I have not received the $100 Promotional prepaid card for the BYOD offer. I checked the xfinityrewardcenter website and it says it was shipped 9/18 but it has been over 10 business days and I have not received the card yet. Could someone take a look to track where the card is? Thanks.
