Post deleted… by xfinity?

I posted recently about my experience that is beyond annoying. (See “completely at a loss”.) after being sent through two more people that did absolutely nothing I made another post.

my second post asked if anyone has had success in court against comcast.

I had comments on that post but it’s now gone, leading me to think xfinity removes comments that mention such.

someone tried calling me at 9:30 am the next day which I missed due to work. I saw a text giving me options of when they can call back and I selected “within 60 minutes”. And the bot said ok 

well I waited the whole day and nothing. Then I see in my email they “tried reaching out but missed me”. 
like what the heck?! 
the amount of BS screenshots I have from dealing with this for two months is embarrassing.
