porting

I transfer my family’s 5 line from T-Mobile to Xfinity mobile because of the promotion on 9/4/2025. Till this day, one of my line was having issues. My issue has been transfer from agent to agent and still didn’t resolve. At first, the agent was telling me to deleted the eSIM on that device, and then another agent was telling me to get a new number to activate the device and after 24 hours will get my old number back. And yet, they DON’T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. These agent are keep telling me to do the wrong thing and make thing much more complicated. I don’t even know what is the advanced team doing because is been four days and this issues hasn’t been resolved and my old number is deactivated right now and facing the risk might not getting back again. GREAT JOB team. The worker at the store clearly don’t know what they’re doing as well, they are also chatting with the advanced team to see what they can do. At this point, I don’t know what to do
