porting number out of xfinity nightmare

I tried it for more than two weeks, provided  correct account info, address. porting PIN etc. Still not ported out my phone number. Talked to xfinity mobile agent many times. sometimes they say did not see the porting request, sometimes they say if I have the PIN, that means it's approved, no issues at their side...
