Porting number, Order shows device with incorrect phone number

I am porting my number from Tmobile and I ordered Iphone over xfinity call, representative  put porting phone number incorrect. I saw the order detail of the device and notified xfinity customer about it. I made two calls and was given two different ans:

Rep 1. Refuse to take phone on delivery and reinitiate a new order

Rep 2. No changes can be made in system, however, call representative during esim activation to help in correcting phone number that needs to be activated on esim.

not sure how to proceed next. If xfinity rep help to guide me resolve it.
