Porting issues

I have been trying to port over my number from metro with no luck. It's been almost 3 weeks and still no phone service. I've spent hours on chats, in the Xfinity store and 🎽 running back and forth between metro corporate store and Xfinity. Still no phone service. It's as if Xfinity doesn't want my business. I dedicated today just for establishing service. After 6 chat sessions one phone session, asking  for supervisors, over ,7 hours and still no service. I don't know what more I can do in trying to give you my business. Going 3 weeks without a working phone last me is ridiculous. I have been contacting Xfinity with a free text now app. Can anyone help me before I throw this phone into a brick wall?
