porting issue

I need help resolving a phone number porting issue.  3 of our 4 cell phone numbers were ported correctly.  A 4th number that is not ours was ported to our 4th phone and nobody seems to be able to rectify this to port the correct cell phone number.  Can someone please help resolve this issue?

We would be more than happy to assist you in getting to the bottom of this once and for all! Just to make sure since this is the Xfinity Mobile section of our Xfinity Community Forums, are you porting the number in question over to Xfinity Mobile to be a cell phone, or is this number going to be an Xfinity landline? One way or another we will definitely get this resolved once and for all! -Christopher

Yes this is for porting a cellular phone number TO Xfinity Mobile, FROM Verizon
