port pin

have been trying to get a port pin since February.    have been sent to many departments.    the app says unable 

sent in store.   being overcharged by 50 per month.    everytime i try anything. the request rejects.    used many hours  trying  to resolve.  have no idea what to try next.    this could remain with xfinity. if bulk packaging would help.  but they have not either
