Port Out!!

I been having my number for over 10years I which to Xfinity mobile thinking it was a good plan which it’s not I been getting over charged for one line… I been tryinto port out since when I have to pay my balance just to move to another carrier this don’t make any sense.. y’all have my number hotline for what…. I’m very tired and frustrated with this company I will never get it again nor will tell anyone to get y’all service it’s terrible

no they told I will have to pay my bill which is 104$ to a text messages just to get my pin so I can port over to another company

Of course you have to pay your bill before you port out! What would make you think they'll give you your number so you can turn around and stiff them on the bill? I'm sorry but with so many legitimate complaints on this forum this one is just nonsense.
