Port out pin from Xfinity Now Mobile

Hi, I'm having trouble generating the port out pin as my number is not shown in the xfinity now mobile account.

Earlier I was on Xfinity Mobile with 2 lines but during the renewal of my internet contract, we moved to now mobile and started having issues. Both the lines were ultimately moved to xfinity now after having issues. But then I was stuck at Personal hotspot as it was not working even after paying for add-on. They didn't even acknowledge and made it look like it is my fault that I tried added on my own. Anyways after frustration I wanted to move out and was able to move one of the line #2 but somehow both the lines now show as line #1. I tried chat, call with xfinity mobile, visited store(tier 1, tier 2) and they create tickets which gets resolved without actual solution.
This feels like a day light robbery and pain to ultimately not able to move out freely and just feel stuck with them.

Thanks for reaching out to us, we do apologize for any inconvenience you're having with porting your numbers. Since it's been a couple days since you made the post and you mentioned there were some tickets opened, have you been able to speak to the xfinity now mobile team to get your concerns resolved??

Xfinity support is so lazy that they just close all the ticket without fixing anything. You’re just going to keep losing clients

Thank you for letting us know you are still working to get the PIN. Since you opened an escalated ticket, that team will be your main point of contact for this issue. You will have a case manager that will be getting in touch to resolve this.
