Port Out Issue

Hey all,

I am trying to port out one of my numbers to another carrier (Open Phone). I got the port-out PIN, and gave it to them, they submitted a port-out request, but it's been two weeks and they've told me that Xfinity has not authorized it. They gave me a reference number and asked me to get in touch with Xfinity to see what is going on. Does anyone know what is going on?

only thing worse than xfinity is NOW... lousy CS and UEx and when you get someone to chat, they don't give complete or accurate info.  3 DAYS AND IT STILL HASN'T HAPPENED.  TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.  I believe we will but this on the local TV station that gets this info out to apx 5+M potential or existing customers!

@user_c5b907 Hi there! Thanks for reaching out. We will surely miss your business. I can understand the importance of getting your number ported out. I am sorry to learn about this experience with it being two weeks without a solution. Are you still needing help with porting out a phone number?

user_vn5ail Hello. Are you wanting to post a message for help with porting out a number? Would you mind providing some more details of what’s going on so we can help?
