Poor signal strength in my home

Phone signal very weak in my home…..i have to go outside to make a call…no one at Comcast hast been able to solve my issues, and while talking to Comcast Tech Support, the calls have dropped…and no one calls you back. Awful customer service.

Seeing that you're having a hard time speaking with an agent on the phone due to the signal quality, have you tried chatting with a specialist online or via text message? @XfinityLuis​ I have talked to advanced technical support and it still is really bad in the house. I’m just gonna cancel the service soon. It has been so frustrating just trying to talk to somebody as I keep getting different advice from different people and no one seems to know what your policy is. If your goal is to frustrate a customer you have succeeded.

Hello and how are you doing today @user_0c8505? It has been a couple of days. Are you still having issues or where you able to get this resolved?
