Poor Service by CSR Manager

I was on a call with the CSR Manager on 7/20 at 7PM. The CSR Manager (not the Agent but their Manager) cut the call irresponsibly without resolving the issue. Very disappointed and frustrated with the service. I would like to raise a complaint on him.
