Poor service at Xfinity Store at 6965 Mesa Ridge suite 140 fountain Co. 80817

Brad, Mitch and Christeen called me stubborn for not changing cable bill.  My wife had a stroke and is in charge of cable channels and she was not in the store to haggle with these thieves.  I was there for a new IPhone and to add one line to current service.  They gave me no discount on 1000 dollar IPhone instead they added insurance at 19 dollars a month and a 40 dollars new line without telling me prices, deductibles, new plan.  The regional manager Christeen yelled at me and said they don’t have tell me any prices.  I should have found out when signing the computer which I couldn’t see the prices.  Christeen has poor people skills, she only supports employees that lie and steal money from old retire customers.   She threw me out of store for saying how you like it if someone did the same thing to them at another establishment.  They called that a threat and all three told me to leave.  I found out the charges when I got home and read the email receipt. Also they took my equipment without giving me credit but that was again fixed by Xfinity employees 

the whole time I dealt with Brad, Mitch and Christeen I felt Xfinity the company is pushing the employees to make money any way possible.  Because in their eyes the customer is wrong ever time and stealing from customers is approved.   I am very close to canceling all my services and getting free local TV. And the free streaming.  All the employees make changes to your plans without permission and who knows what happened.   Brad, Mitch and Christeen said the Xfinity employees on the phone did not know my plan in depth so they make mistakes.  It turned out to be the opposite Brad, Mitch and Christeen were lying about plans, insurance, etc.  I got it fix on the phone.   Brad, Mitch and Christeen just openly lie to my face.
