poor service and fraud at local Xfinity office

Attempted to transfer my cell phone service to Xfinity.  After an hour of watching the '5 kids' try to activate my phone I left.  However, they had copied my driver's license and recorded my SS number.  I do not trust them or Xfinity.  I would like a representative to contact me ASAP.
