Poor Customer Service
I tried to switch my mobile service to Xfinity, but your agents were unable to port my phones. After weeks of trying and talking for hours with different agents who always assured me they could help and the problem was solved, I finally gave up and went to ATT. They transferred my phones without any issue right away. In addition to all of this, Xfinity charged me for a phone that I asked not to be sent saying it was damaged. I only opened to box looking for my SIM and sent it back in the same condition I received it. When I called back to ask for a refund, I was transferred around to at least 3 different people who again all assured me they could help and they were the right person to talk to. None of them helped. Finally I was transferred to the "complaint department" which was a robot that hung up on me when I asked to speak to a representative. This was a terrible experience with terrible customer service and opaque business practices that seem intentionally designed to frustrate me until I just don't care about getting my money back.
