Please send me the right PIN!!
Keep getting the wrong PIN. Stop charging me the 25 dollars extra per line ehen I have xfility cable and hundreds of dollars a month for a plan that we are not using. I only have one phone left out of 5 that we decided to leave and lost the number. This is illegal.
Also went to the Gainesville Virginia office and received the wrong PIN twice.
On the website says that I already owe July 12 to August 12. Really?
Please send me the right PIN and cancel my account. My husband is going through Chemo and we can afford this SCAM.

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
