Plan not honored

I have mobile and internet service with you.  Let's start with the internet service, I was told at the time that I got internet that I would be getting the 5 year plan price lock in, but recently I uncovered that my bill would be going from $55 to $ 95 in September. That  original plan is not being honored. With the mobile billing, when I switched over,  I was told that my line is free for one year,  until I recently found out that because I am a veteran,  I am suppose to have the line free for 2 years. After speaking with customer service I was told that I will only get one year and to have the veterans discount applied to receive two years free, it is too late to apply that veterans discount. That is a huge slap in the face to any and all veterans

Good afternoon Vince313 I can certainly understand wanting to get clarification on the plan. When it comes to the internet before finalizing the orders, we do need to receive customer approval electronically, and once that approval is completed a confirmation of the order details is sent along. Do you happen to have the confirmation email, still? Another way to confirm the duration of that discount would be on your monthly statements, it will display the discount you are receiving and indicate the end date.
