Pixel 6A bought from Google store
I was gifted a pixel 6 a for my birthday last week. It was purchased from the google store. Some forums here have stated issues with pixels as bring your own devices. I want to replace the Samsung galaxy a71 I currently own on my xfinity mobile plan. Will it be compatible? The phone has yet to arrive so I do not have the number from the back of the phone to give you. Thanks

You might 'get lucky'???? :-}
I am here in the forums to see if anyone has been able to get their Pixels on Xfinity; and I am not seeing any positive results.
Many of us bought our Pixels elsewhere, as you have, and have not been able to bring them to Xfinity. There is a shimmer of hope from one posting that said they finally got a physical sim to work on an outside purchased Pixel 6 128gb device. Though a lot of us want to use the e-sim slot and not the physical sim slot as we use our phones for 2 lines and/or need the physical slot for travel.
What I have done: I have a physical sim for Mexico, and then use the e-sim slot with US Mobile so that I can have two lines. When Xfinity decides to fix the issue with e-sim and Pixels; I will switch to them so I check in the store every once in a while and check here awaiting the day I can put my Pixel on my plan.
Since you say it is a BYOD phone purchased outside of the "Xfinity's Circle of Influence"; it is an unknown if they will hook you up.
Good Luck!
