Phone stuck in porting
I've been trying to port my number since 8:30am central on Tuesday 1/10. It has been almost 60 hours since my phone was working. I have called Xfinity 6 times and have been disconnected, told nothing can be done, promised 3x that it will be working again in increasingly long time periods, but it is still not working. I spent 2 hours on the phone yesterday with level 2 technical support, who promised to call me back today on an alternate number at 6:00p. This didn't happen my phone is still not working. I am literally about to have a nervous breakdown being unable to use my phone to contact anyone and unable to leave my house as I am spending hours after work trying to resolve this issue. Is there anything anyone can do please I am begging for help.

I am in the same boat. I had 3 lines ported from a different carrier. Two of the lines ported but mine isn't. This has been going on since 01/06/23 I have spoke/chatted with 10 agents. When you ask the claim to be escalated through chat, they disconnect my internet. If I had read this forum before I switched, I never would have. The aggravation isn't worth saving $100 for service. SERVICE THAT I'M NOT EVEN GETTING.

Hello @user_923bc6
Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us through our Xfinity Community Forum! I am so sorry to hear about this experience and understand how frustrating it can be without a working mobile phone.
For security reasons, we are very limited with the support we can provide our Xfinity Mobile customers via this platform. I see that you have called and spoken with our Xfinity Mobile technical support to attempt to resolve this. Have you also reached out to our chat support? If not, please do so and let us know the outcome. Our XM Chat Support can be reached 24/7 at https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant/?channel=xMobile&linkId=181546677
When do you think you’ll be able to get in touch with them? I would love to follow up with you afterwards to make sure you were taken care of.
