Phone stopped connecting to home wi-fi

Motorola LG phone suddenly stopped connecting to home wi-fi.  Tried resetting Xfinity router and phone network, restarting phone, turning airplane mode on/off and forgetting/reconnecting home wi-fi.  All other devices including other phones connect with no problem.  Home wi-fi says "disabled" and no IP address.  Spent 1 1/2 hours on a call with tech support and no solution.  Any help or suggestions appreciated.

I have the exact same problem with my LG M322 (LG X Charge) phone. It starts trying to connect to my Home Wi-Fi and then after about half a minute the connection status shows disabled. All other devices are able to connect to the Home Wi-Fi without any issue. I brought the LG M322 phone to my parent's house and it was able to connect to their home Wi-Fi without any issue, but they are using their own router instead of renting a router from Xfinity. I'm having an Xfinity technician come to attempt to fix this issue for me today. But if they cannot, I'm thinking of asking to rent another router from Xfinity or buy my own instead. A temporary workaround I have been using the last couple days is to have my other devices that can connect successfully to the home Wi-Fi, like my other phones, act as a mobile tethered hotspot for the LG M322 phone. It's not convenient, but it works to get the phone connected back to the internet for the time being. Another possible cause of this issue I'm considering was that we unlocked the LG M322 phone through Xfinity Mobile a couple days before this disabled Wi-Fi status problem began occurring.

Having the same issue for months now anything not directly connected to the router (the new xfi router, never had issues with old one) it says either can't obtain IP or simply can't connect and since we are xfinity mobile customers it just connects to that. I've tried moving the router, checked app to make sure we weren't paused nothing. It's all mobile devices Apple and Android if anyone can help. Hate paying for gigabit internet for it to only work for the TV and PS5.

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us regarding your Xfinity mobile devices not connecting to your home network. I am truly sorry to hear that you are having this issue. Are you having the same trouble connecting to hotspots?

I'm also having the same issue of not being able to connect my Motorola E4 (Motorola MOBILITY XT1775) to my Xfinity wifi network.  I'm using an Xfinity-provided router (TECHNICOLOR CGM4331COM), I've got two networks (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) set up.  I can't connect to either of then anymore.  I checked the Xfinity app on my phone and it says the last time I was connected was 5/4/22.

I'm not having issues with any of my other devices.  They can all access both wifi networks.  Those devices include a two different Kindle Fires, an LG Gram laptop, and a Motorola E7 phone.

I've done everything mentioned above from pausing/unpausing, resetting the router, forgetting the networks and re-signing in, going into airplane mode, to resetting the networks on my phone.  Nothing helped.  Any thoughts on what's causing this and how to fix it?

I had the same problem with a LG M322 (LG X Charge) phone.  I see no one on this thread has posted a solution.  As info I purchased a Motorola MT7711 at Best Buy.  I see it is also offered at the same price on Amazon.  Great modem and router.  It has not had a single glitch since putting it in service on 5/05.

@TL17

I was told the LG phone can no longer be used to connect by Xfinity.

I asked if they had a replacement but you have to buy a replacement and this was just a spare phone. So throw it on the pile of outdated phones.
