Phone scam for sure.

I also took Xfinity up on them paying my T-Mobile phones off getting new phones from Xfinity and me not having to do anything else regarding T-Mobile.

Couldn't have been farther from the truth. I made myself perfectly clear regarding my understanding of the promotion that was ongoing.

Was told I get new phones, can keep my old ones, no need to trade them in, and that Xfinity would take care of any business with t mobile.

Well after I've repeatedly gone to the store and gotten nothing but run around. Disrespected and leaving with nothing but what I came with, unsatisfaction.

I only found out about this whole scam when I tried to switch back to t mobile. Only then did I find out about qualifying phones , vouchers , and other stuff.

The phones and any other equipment hooked into my Internet now automatically stay on the WiFi weather I turn it off or not causing me to incur way more expense due to this and no matter what I do it always loggs on and cost me data. Nothing but [Edited: "Language"]. So now every month I'm paying twice what it was supposed to be, with no recourse, and I owe t mobile a $400 bill for phones I was told were going to be payed off. Can't talk to a real person who has power to help me.

Same old same old Xfinity. Buyer beware, once out of the store your on your own. Good luck getting any admittance or something, anything in the way of help for the bill.
