Phone number transfer

Due to xfinity not being available in my new state I have moved my services to Spectrum

 Due to xfinity systems I have now been with out phone service for over 36 hours. Trying to reach anyone that can help seems to be impossible, every o e of on the wrong tier. What do I do?
