Phone not compatible

I bought my iPhone 11 Pro directly through xfinity 2 years ago. I am currently using xfinity mobile service through my mom’s account. I tried to get xfinity mobile through my own account since I have wifi in my own name, but it is telling me my phone isn’t compatible. How can my phone not be compatible with a service I’m already on? I have tried calling customer service, but I can only get automated messages.

I just bought xfinity mobile with a wifi plan, still hasn’t been activated as I write this message. They’ve taken over 24 hours already since I cancelled T-Mobile.  Out of curious Ite I checked my iPhone XS Max imei with the xfinity mobile website and it said it’s not compatible. Not sure what to do as they have already sent me a SIM card for this phone. Will it just not be activated ever now?
