Phone exchange

I signed up for the xfinity mobile promotion where I came from another mobile service provider (verizon) in order to get a cheaper bill. The promotion said the first year would be $15 and after that it would be $45 a month. As part of the promotion I was to recieve a new phone from xfinity mobile and send my old phone from Verizon as a trade. I recieved a phone from xfinity mobile and it was the incorrect phone(S26+). It took me a month of calling support to finally get someone who could help me send the incorrect phone back, but in the process of doing so made my bil $96. It has now been 2 months in counting on this issue, I have been jerked around between countless agents, and I still have not recieved word if the phone was recieved and if the correct phone(S26 ultra) will be sent to me. Additionally, my bill is now over $1000. I called someone to remedy this but all they told me is that it would take a while to resolve and gave me a ticket number saying someone would follow up with me. 5 minutes after the phone call I got a text saying the ticket number he gave me was resolved, which is obviously untrue. It should not be this complicated to do a simple phone exchange and the level of support I have received on this issue is unacceptable and outrageous. My experience with your support team has been nothing short of traumatic. Someone better resolve this issue immediately because I am not going to be happy if you people take $1000 from me that is not rightfully yours. I better recieve the phone I was promised and my bill better be fixed!
