Phone credit not showing up

I started my xfinity mobile service in october. I signed up with the promotion where if you brought your own phone NUMBER, you would get a discount on the iphone 14 pro max. It has been two months of speaking to many agents and I still dont have a credit. The phone number that I ported in and CURRENTLY use is not even showing up on xfinity mobile. I have some other random number. SOMEONE! PLEASE HELP! I am paying over $100 for subpar service and this is not ok.
