Phone call issue
I can make out going calls okay but can't answer incoming calls. When I hit answer I don't hear anything and the caller keeps hearing rings.
I have called customer service 4 times with no resolution.
any suggestions.

I'm sorry to hear about your phone issues. I know how frustrating that must be, especially after calling in several times for help without any resolution. Are you still having those troubles? If so I'd love to try and help.
