Phone audio cutting out constantly

I have been having this same problem for months. I thought it was my old phone’s speaker or mic, so I bought a new iPhone and it’s still happening. Have spent hours on the phone and chat with xfinity staff doing all the troubleshooting they suggested and last time they said they fixed the problem, but it is happening still. I had to put a landline in at my office ffs just so I can make business calls because this service is almost unusable.

Using WiFi Calling could be your problem as it needs a consistent connection? If your WiFi connection is switching between SSIDs (names) or frequencies (2.4 and 5Ghz) it can cause problems or drop calls. Also, WiFi is subject to interferences from other devices.

If you have to use WiFi Calling because of poor cellular, then make sure you are connecting to a single SSID and single frequency if you can. You may have to go into your settings and forget some WiFi networks.
