Pending order lock blocking Mobile Plus plan upgrade for iPhone trade-in promo

Hi there, I recently purchased a new iPhone and am trying to complete my device trade-in. My old phone is currently tracking in the app at a value of $333.

However, I realized the sales agent left my line on my legacy $45 Unlimited plan instead of moving me to the required $45 Mobile Plus plan to qualify for the full promotional savings tier (up to $1,300).

When I try to change my plan to Mobile Plus myself in the app, I get an error stating that there is a "change pending on this account" due to the new phone purchase, which completely blocks me from upgrading.

Since I haven't mailed my old phone in yet, I need a Digital Specialist to help me clear this loop, force the plan upgrade to Mobile Plus, and ensure the promotional bonus credits are manually linked to my new Device Payment Plan. Thank you!
