Payments Made Towards My iPhone's Service and To Pay Off The Device's Purchase Price

I have been paying, via autopay, my monthly service charges and the actual cost of the iPhone, and this has been for the past 2 year.  I just recently found that my iPhone still had its original ~ $600 balance, no payments have been forwarded to it.  I thought that was part of my original Device and Service Plan Agreement.  The amount scheduled for its payoff was to be $30.41+ monthly while my service charges to be paid thru this agreement were ~ $45+ a month.

I am trying to figure out where the $30.41 monthly device payments went - Is there anyone here that can offer suggestions?

Oh, and also my iPhone has two IMEI numbers assigned to it.  The young man at the Xfinity Store said all iPhones have two IMEI numbers assigned to them.  Really?

Whoops, forgot to mention that my monthly autopayment is ~ $78 monthly.  Also this iPhone was purchased as new by me as an early trade-in.

user_06y0na Good morning! We appreciate you reaching out to our Xfinity Forums Team for assistance with your Xfinity Mobile payments. Your device payment should be included in your monthly payment. I'd be happy to take a closer look into your billing, and provide some clarity today. When you get a moment, please send a Direct Message with your name, the service address, and the mobile number we will be working with today?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

Yes newer iPhones that are capable of having another eSIM added have 2 IMEI's. You should go into a store with prrof of all your payments and have them fix this there.
