Payment troubles

I am having trouble with "Maximum number of payment methods have been added for this session. Please wait 30 days and try again." It's not letting pay despite me wanting to pay.

@user_6gpfbw Thanks for adding a post to the forum. That can happen from too many failed attempts, or adding incorrect information. To have this fixed, call our phone agents at 1-800-XFINITY so they can provide payment method assistance. You can also submit a payment at a local store kiosk for free.
