Payment plan
Hello, I was on a repayment plan (and paid it), but still received an email that I still owe it and my service will be shut off in 5days if I don't follow the repayment plan (I did though). Please help, I don't have the time to do the chat function or sit on the phone line (and y'all don't have a customer service email to reach out to)
