payment arrangement assistance
I am desperate right now. My mobile lines have ben disconnected. I have been struggling the last year due to a sharp reduction in income and then a job loss. My MIL recently had a stroke and my BIL has stage 4 cancer. I am the POA for both. Not having service puts them at risk. I was offered a possible payment arrangement via Xfinity Assistant but the review time is 24-48 hours which is a real problem. Is there anyone who can assist or direct me PLEASE!
