Overcharge without explanation
Xfinity overcharged me $30 on the month of January 2026, it doesnt even included how i came up with that amount. So I contacted them, they gave back $30 as a “credit” . surprisingly, the $30 amount is just carry over to the next billing cycle. So it all adds up. They never resolved this issue

The Xfinity app is a great tool to view your detailed monthly billing as you can open up the PDF file of the bill and view each detailed charge for the last 12 months.
Can you give us a little more detail on how you were overcharged and what services you were overcharged on?
