Over the phone customer service support on 10/30/2026

My customer service agent was Addie and he did such an amazing job I wanted to share my experience! I was accidentally upcharged on my mobile plan for two months and Addie made sure the problem was fixed and even helped me lower my internet bill! I couldn’t be happier! Trying to resolve problems can be frustrating especially over the phone but he made it easy for me to understand, was kind and helpful. Thanks!
