Our monthly bill
Last year we turned in my iPhone SE because they updated and [Edited: "Language"] my phone, Apple not xfinity. I had to order a new and it was the 16e. If you bought this phone and they accepted it with a turn in, the rental charge would go from 24.99 to to 5 a month. They got my trade in and accepted it. Ever since then they have completely jacked this up. Every month since I hade this thing they try to charge me 84.99 to 91.99. To tell you, our monthly bill should 60 to 65 dollars. Every single month they have to give me a credit to cover this. I have to go through the AI then an online rep and they say they fixed it with a credit. To this date, they have yet to fixthe issue and I have a bill this month that is still 70 so still not the right price. Next months is at 84.99. You can’t go to an in person anymore because they can’t take care of this. Xfinity has dropped the ball right now. Act like we are nothing. Been with them for over 11 years. I am tired of having to go through this monthly. Sick and tired. They need to give us more attention and permanently fix it.
