Ordering a new phone or device

Hello you guys, I’m here to give information on xfinty mobile and ordering a new phone or device(s). Ok let me first start by saying the ordering process is a pain. Here’s why.. upon submitting your order you will automatically be put in manual review (depending on zip code)  they only manually review orders coming from urban zip codes. They tell you it’s takes 24 to 72 hours for manual review which is a lie. They just wait a full 72 hours to review your order if it’s coming from an urban city. After you verify your identity you still have to wait for the fulfillment center to ship it which can take an additional 24 to 72 hours. Now all this time has passed and the device or phone you ordered is out of stock. Unfortunately xfinity mobile doesn’t reach out to its customers to informed them on this matter (bummer :-/ ). The entire time your waiting for a tracking number and date for your things to arrive til you get tired so you give them a call. That’s when you find out the reason you haven’t received your device(s) are because they’re not in stock. The rep tells you the device(s) are on back order for weeks maybe months. So now you’ll just like to have your money refunded to you. Sad to say that’s not going to happen unless you contact xfinity corporate office to have them solve the problem or dispute the transaction with your bank (which can take up to 7 to 10 business days). Now here it’s been almost 2 weeks you have no phone and your out of the money they’ve charged your card for the device you’ve never received. After calling and calling begging them to just give you your refund and them lying saying it’ll be posted back within 3 to 7 business days. Here I am just wasted 2 weeks of my time and still haven’t received my refund so I’ve decided to call xfinity corporate office. I talked to a very nice guy today and he’s working to get this problem solved. I wouldn’t suggest anyone new to join xfinity mobile. Their sales rep barely speak English they never know how to solve any issues and most importantly they lie just to get you off the phone or will keep giving you the run around. My advice would be to not even deal with these people to avoid these problems.

Btw, was your issue ever resolved? Not sure if I’m just totally wasting my time or if I should keep trying to fight the good fight.
