Ordered a phone about a month ago!

I ordered a phone about a month ago and I still have not received it. Everytime I call customer service for solutions they tell me it will be handled by the advance team. I’m told to wait 48 hours. No one has reached out to me since. I’ve reached out 3 times and I get the same story. I can’t get a phone or cancel my order. FedEx confirmed my package was not in the box. I called xfinity with that information and they still are not able to offer me a resolution or complete my order that I have already paid in full. Case # ECM0003635075.

After a month of hassle trying to get a device. I got no phone and a refund. All this for nothing. Switched providers, recommended y’all do the same.
