Order shipment

Anyone know how long it takes to get a order shipped now? It's been over a week and it's still processing. Online it says it takes two days but clearly that's not the case. Xfinity lately has been  just a burden.  Ordering the phone took 3 weeks alone.

Hello @Nitric thank you for reaching out to our Xfinity Forums Community regarding tracking your shipment. If the shipment is for cable and internet, we will use UPS as the carrier, and the shipment will take up to 3-5 business days.

 

If the shipment is for Xfinity Mobile, we will use Fedex, and we’ll send you an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

 

To track the status of your order, log into your Xfinity Mobile account and visit the Billing page. From there, select your order to view your tracking information.
