I received an order number but not a confirmation email for a new phone and line I ordered through the Xfinity app.

luketowey To check your Xfinity order status online, sign in to your account on the Xfinity website or use the Xfinity app, then navigate to the Billing or Devices section to see tracking details, estimated delivery, and carrier links for shipped items, or check your email for shipping confirmations with tracking numbers.
