Option to enable VoLTE calling missing

The following recent Xfinity Mobile document gives instructions for turning on VoLTE calling.  But when I go to Settings->Cellular->Cellular Data Options on my iPhone SE 2020, there is no option for “Enable VoLTE.”  (The only options listed there are Data Roaming, Low Data Mode, and Limit IP Address Tracking.)  Elsewhere my phone is listed as supporting VoLTE, and I *think* (not at all positive) the option was there and activated at some point before I updated to the latest iOS (16.5).

Why is the option to enable VoLTE calling missing?  In case this is relevant, I should note that when I disable Wi-Fi entirely, “LTE” appears in the upper left.  Thanks.

XM no longer uses 3G. All calls are now VoLTE, therefore they eliminated the option.
