Number transfer taking too long
I got my sim from Xfinity mobile and have been trying to transfer my number - it is supposed to take 15mins, but it's been over 2hours, and no success yet. Why is this the case? Also, help to fix this ASAP please! Your customer support number currently has between 4 and 6 hours of wait time!

When it comes to an Xfinity Mobile phone number transfer you will need to work with our Xfinity Mobile directly. It sounds like you have already called them at 1 (888) 936-4968, but you can also chat with them using this link if there's a long wait time on the phone.
