NOW Mobile cancellation

Good morning,

time ago I have received an offer for NOW mobile. I have never ordered this service and neither received the mobile. I have claimed this to your service who told me that service will be cancelled automatically.

This never happened and I pay for a service I can not use and do not want to use.

Please cancel the service or let me know how I can do this.

While our Digital Care Team does not directly manage NOW services, we are happy to provide you with all the information you need :) To manage your Xfinity NOW Mobile account, you can use the Xfinity app or the Xfinity NOW portal. The app allows you to manage your account, pay bills, troubleshoot issues, and more. The NOW portal provides options to make changes to your NOW Mobile, Internet, and TV & Streaming services. Please let us know if this helps! You'll likely be directed to the Xfinity Assistant if you need additional help since that's where our NOW services support is located. I also cannot stop them from charging me 25 a month!!!!  Never had or wanted service.  No e can figure out how to stop this!!!!  Will be going to bank to change credit card..... they are awful and I am feeling scammed

This has been going on for 7 mos.  They gave me back two 25.00 payments in April.  Since then I have been charged on the 5th of every month another 25.00.  I've been to an xfinity store and they cannot figure out either.  They sell the service but told me they don't service it.
