Not receiving cancelation PIN
I cant get a live person on the phone so trying here. I am trying to transfer my mobile service to a different provider. I request the cancellation/security PIN, it says the PIN was sent to my phone via SMS, but I never receive it. Tried dozens of times but never works. Can someone here actually send me the PIN?

After you confirmed those are off
Text START to 266278.
Text UNSTOP to 1-888-936-4968.
Then request the security PIN again using the Xfinity app or website.
If you still can’t get the security PIN, you must visit an Xfinity Retail Store to confirm your identity.
