Not receiving cancelation PIN

I cant get a live person on the phone so trying here.  I am trying to transfer my mobile service to a different provider.  I request the cancellation/security PIN, it says the PIN was sent to my phone via SMS, but I never receive it. Tried dozens of times but never works.  Can someone here actually send me the PIN?

user_z48ryn Thank you so much for stopping in for help with getting your port out pin. If you have not had any luck with getting the PIN number yet make sure you turn off any message-blocking apps like Robokiller or similar services.
After you confirmed those are off  
Text START to 266278. 
Text UNSTOP to 1-888-936-4968.
Then request the security PIN again using the Xfinity app or website.
If you still can’t get the security PIN, you must visit an Xfinity Retail Store to confirm your identity.
