Not receiving callback
A support agent promised me something that was completely false and it ended up costing me almost $650.. I’ve spent at least 8 hours trying to get this resolved and every time I’m promised a callback I never receive one. Then I end up needing to call back myself to spend another hour explaining the whole situation just to have no resolution again. Absolutely miserable customer support experience so far.

@user_oqhau9 Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that you've been having trouble getting a resolution for your Xfinity Mobile service. Unfortunately, our team here is very limited with our access to Xfinity Mobile accounts. Since you've already spoken with reps on the phone, have you also tried their dedicated chat team?
