Not received prepaid Visa card rewards
I bought a new iPhone and added a new line to my Xfinity Mobile account. In my rewards tier I had a $100 Visa prepaid reward and a $50 Visa prepaid card award. The status is showing shipped and complete but I have never received either prepaid cards. I have repeatedly reported the issue to Comcast and have yet to receive a response from customer service. What else can I do to receive my Rewards?
