Not applying my promo

they signed me up for the free phone line with $39.95 internet service and now not applying it to my bill. They act like I just made it up. So not fair and not what I signed up for.

I will let you know that there are guidelines that have to be met to qualify for most of the mobile discounts and it can take some time to apply to the account once you do.
